Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• 7+ Days Notice: A full refund will be issued, minus a $100 service charge.
• 48 Hours to 7 Days Notice: 50% of the rental amount will be refunded.
• Less Than 48 Hours Notice: No refund will be issued.
• Rescheduling & Adjustments: If the renter changes dates or modifies the reservation, the cancellation policy will still apply based on the original booking date.  

Weather Policy

CCBR reserves the right to determine if weather or conditions are unsafe. In such cases, a full or prorated refund may be issued at CCBR’s discretion. Renters should report unsafe conditions immediately.

Damage Waiver 

I understand that I have been presented with the option to purchase this Limited Liability Waiver. If I choose not to purchase it, I am fully responsible for ALL damage costs.

Cedar Creek Boat Rental, LLC (CCBR) understands that accidents happen. Our Limited Liability Waiver (LLW) allows customers to limit their financial responsibility in case of vessel damage.

Without purchasing the non-refundable LLW, you are responsible for all new damage to the rental vessel. However, if you choose to purchase the LLW, your financial obligation will be capped at $1,500 for boats and $1,000 for personal watercraft (PWCs) in accordance with the terms outlined below.

What is Covered by the LLW?

• Damage to the rental vessel sustained during the contracted rental period, provided that all terms of the Rental Agreement with CCBR are followed.

What is Not Covered by the LLW?

• Damage resulting from misuse, recklessness, or negligence
• Damage caused by violations of Texas boating laws or failure to follow CCBR's instructions
• Damage occurring while operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Damage caused by pets, grills, lanterns, or other combustible items
• Damage to other property or persons

Important Notes About the LLW

• This is not insurance. The LLW is an optional waiver that limits financial liability for accidental damage to the rental vessel.
• An accident report from Texas Parks & Wildlife is required to process any claims under the LLW. Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.
• CCBR retains sole discretion in determining the extent of damages.
• The LLW does not prevent CCBR from seeking damages from third parties responsible for the incident.

By purchasing the LLW, you agree to these terms and accept the associated financial responsibility limits.
